Malin Hållstedt: I have been working with simulation and virtual product development since mid-90′s. In the beginning it was very hands on – building models, running simulations and developing the software. After that I moved into sales and travelled around the Nordics to sell simulation software to all mayor manufacturing companies. Having visited many companies and seen how they develop their products and use the available simulation technology I see room for further development. Therefore I am now devoted to guide companies in their efforts to have a more simulation driven development.
